Printing and Scanning Services

Sawyer Free Library offers printing services from:

– Our public computers
– Mobile Device or Laptop
– and even from home!

MOBILE PRINTING

To print from a mobile device, or from home, email documents to:

IMPORTANT: Staff will only release your mobile print job upon request at the main circulation desk. Print jobs only remain in the print queue for two hours after they are received. As such, patrons need to pick up print jobs in a timely fashion, or they will need to be resent.
Any print jobs remaining in the queue at library closing time are deleted and will need to be resent by patrons during open hours.
Mobile print jobs at Sawyer Free Library are Black & White only.

In the Library, patrons can print from any of our public computers, or directly from the printer with a USB Thumb Drive*

10 pages are free – for more than 10 pages, the library suggests a $0.10 donation per page.

IMPORTANT: Patrons can print up to a maximum of 30 pages per day. For larger jobs, we suggest other local resources such as Seaside Graphics, or Easy Ship & Pack.

Print jobs from all public computers are released at the front desk upon request.

*PDF format only for printing from USB Thumb Drives.

With our printer/scanner, documents and photos can be scanned for photocopying, as well as for emailing, or saving directly to USB thumb drive. All jobs at the main floor printer/scanner are B&W only.
For more advanced scanning jobs, such as film negatives, slides, books/periodicals or color photos & images, visit the Digital Learning Lab or Local History room.
Unfortunately, Sawyer Free Library does not have faxing abilities at this time, however, The Rockport Library, Easy Ship & Pack, Seaside Graphics or Staples all have faxing capabilities.
